We are running a Club Timekeepers course at the 2008 GB Masters Championships at the Manchester Aquatics Centre. This is aimed at encouraging masters to become qualified to assist with the running of future masters meets at National, Regional, and club level.

 

Depending on demand, the course will be held alongside the Championships either on Saturday 21st or Sunday 22nd June, and maybe both.

 

The course lasts approximately 2 hours followed by assessment over a number of races. This is an ideal opportunity for you to have an enjoyable introduction to the world of officiating.

 

There is no course fee. The course is open to competitors in the championships not swimming in the session concerned and to ASA members not competing in the championships.
