Development Coach 

Applicants should hold either ASA Club Coach Level 3 or UKCC Level 2/3 and be willing to work towards the next level.

They must possess the ability to motivate and encourage and develop swimmers at all levels, have effective communication and team working skills as well as a willingness to promote and attend competitions. We are seeking a person with an aptitude to take responsibly for the junior squad.

They should hold a current child protection certificate and a CRB clearance, be licensed with through the ASA.

The position is self employed and part time. Hours and salary are negotiable for the successful candidate.
