London Swimming Annual Conference

Including our Annual Council will take place at St Paul's School, Lonsdale Road, London SW13 9JT on Sunday 14 September.

Nominations are required for the following Regional positions. These should be with the London Swimming Chairman on or before the 22nd August 2008. Forms have been posted to all clubs.

The Board

Members are asked to notice that there are six vacancies:

Mrs Kay Grimshaw, Mr Vernon Davies, Mr Richard Whitehead – are due to retire under rule 25.2

Mr William Collins, Mr Dave Andrews, Mr Brian Kapp and Miss Tamsyn Trameer are retiring due to outside commitments. The board has co-opted Mr Den Collen in place of Miss Tamsyn Trameer and he will serve out her term till 2010. Please note the roles and responsibilities of Board members.

Those wishing to be nominated for the Board must complete this form and submit this to the Chairman by the 22 August.

This year ASA London hosts the Annual Council on the 10-11th October in Croydon.

Formal notice of the ACM and reports will be sent to members on or before the 1 September 2008 and will be available on this website.
