  • In the circumstance that your swimmer has been unfortunate and has had entries rejected AND your entries were forwarded as part of a collective Club entry, the refund will be made to the Club for further distribution. Your Club should forward their bank details to Kelly Stannard () quoting their Club Code and Kelly will effect the necessary refunds upon her return from annual leave shortly.
  • In the circumstance that your swimmer has been unfortunate and has had entries rejected AND your entries were forwarded as an individual, the refund will be made directly to you. You should forward your bank details to Kelly Stannard () quoting your original payment reference and Kelly will effect the necessary refunds upon her return from annual leave shortly.
  • Thank you.

RESERVE LIST FOR LONG DISTANCE EVENTS
  • In recognition of the fact that it was necessary to reject a lot of entries for the two long distance events (1500FR & 800FR), Nick Hallam will be operating a reserve list for these events only. There will not be a list operated for any other events.
  • If your swimmer was unfortunate and had their entry rejected for the 1500FR or 800FR and they wish to be considered as a reserve in case there are withdrawals from these events, they must make their way to the Timing Suite on Pool Deck PRIOR TO WITHDRAWALS CLOSING to inform Nick that they wish to be added to the list. If there are withdrawals, reserve swimmers will be added to the event in fastest time order - it is not first-come, first-served.
  • TO BE VERY CLEAR - THE SWIMMER MUST REGISTER THEIR INTEREST WITH NICK PRIOR TO WITHDRAWALS CLOSING TO BE CONSIDERED.

SPECTATOR ENTRY FEES
  • Entry to spectate the meets shall cost £10.00 per day (regardless of arrival/departure time) for all adults (16 years old and over).
  • Entry to spectate the meets shall be free-of-charge for all children (15 years old and younger).
  • Printed programmes shall be available - WHILST STOCKS LAST - free-of-charge with paid entry.

ALL MEET DOCUMENTS AND QUALIFYING TIMES ARE PUBLISHED BELOW

Thank you all for your interest in our Meet - we received a great many entries, so many in fact that we have had need to reject some in order to achieve a workable Meet Schedule.
The following actions were taken to achieve this;
1. The QTs were marked up by 4.5% across all events and age categories.
2. Additional consideration was given to MSC Dubai and Garioch SC swimmers who have booked flights and accomodation for their swimmers and are travelling the furthest to attend. We feel this is reasonable given the advance cost and organisation that their entries required of them.
3. The LD events (1500FR & 800FR) were restricted to 20 entries each (2 heats per event).
We greatly regret having to take this action but hope it will permit the event to run smoothly and give all entrants the opportunity to swim to their full potential.

For those Coaches, Team Managers and/or Chaperones from clubs outside of the London Region who are attending this meet and require access to poolside.

These forms should be submitted to Jeanette Edmiston (click to email) with appropriate payment.
